A grounded, intuitive approach to bodywork

My bodywork sessions are designed to support relaxation, release tension, and help your body return to a more balanced, regulated state.

Each session is intuitive and responsive—guided by what your body needs in the moment.

I draw from a blend of techniques including:

  • therapeutic touch

  • assisted stretching

  • movement-based bodywork

  • breath awareness

This work is supportive for those experiencing stress, tension, physical discomfort, or simply needing space to rest and reconnect.

While I incorporate Thai-inspired stretching and movement techniques, I am not a licensed massage therapist, and this work is offered as non-clinical, wellness-based bodywork.

What sessions may include:
